Cherry


you know about superman,you know about super heroes and do you know about "super fruit"? hmmm,what super fruit? yes, cherry is known as super fruit. The fleshy fruit with a single hard stone seeds in the middle, gets its name from french word "cerise". Like all other fruits cherry too is a storehouse of nutrients and promises great health benefits. I will say cherry is super fruit as well as beautiful fruit among all fruits when taken into a bowl full of cherries. Cherries are good at look and yummy to eat. The different types of cherry fruit available are either sweet or tart. Belonging to two different species, sweet cherries are large, appear yellow,red or purple black and can be dark. Tart cherries also referred as red cherries or sour cherries, are small and appear in varying shades of red. Sweet cherries are generally eaten fresh where as tart cherries constitute jams and pie fillings. Interestingly,each cherry tree produces about 7000 cherries every harvest season. When summer comes, Always we find scarcity of water in our body due to sweat. We find scarcity of water supply to our home also but that cannot be solved by watermelon. Watermelon can solve the problem of less water inside body. Well, nature doesn't give problem without solution. Watermelon consists of 92% of water and 8% sugar. Generally, they are categorized into icebox and picnic. The icebox category is so called because the size of the melons, ranging from 5 to 15 pounds, allows them to fit in refrigerators. Picnics are larger, weighing from 15 to 50 pounds, yet they can grow much larger. Guinness book of world record has recorded a record of gigantic 279 pound watermelon. We are most familiar with the vivid reddish pink flesh dotted with black seeds, but there are also white,pink,yellow and orange fleshed varieties, both with seeds and without. Seedless varieties are not truly seedless, but actually do contains tiny white,edible immature seeds in lesser amounts than traditional watermelons. This fruit is one of my favorite fruit. We know that king of fruits is mango, So who fruit is the queen? Why the grapes are famous for? Do you like grapes Or you like wine? Yes,wines are made from grapes. Whenever we talk about grapes, our mind thinks of wine once. There are over 5,000 varieties of grapes used for making wine. grapes "QUEEN OF THE FRUITS " are storehouse of numerous health promoting phyto-nutrients,vitamins and minerals.
